History and Leadership
PRO/Rental Management was formed September 16, 1983. Deb Baker is the President and General Manager of the
Corporation. She has thirty years experience
in affordable housing. Deb has a strong background in accounting.
She is currently a licensed South Dakota Real Estate Broker and is a Certified Tax
Credit Compliance Professional.
